The Subletters 1: New Territory

Desperate to keep her beloved rent-controlled apartment after losing her job, Ellie interviews potential roommates and settles on two drastically different men: Ethan, a warm Scottish comedian, and Alex, an intense welder who barely speaks. When an impromptu movie night leads to a threesome on the couch, Ellie is suddenly faced with an unexpected possibility: a relationship with both of her younger roommates at once.
